There is no refund on buying digital products, the purchase of all PDF sewing patterns is considered non-refundable. The PDF pattern is sent to your email automatically immediately after payment, if you do not receive it please check your spam folder. If it is not received within 24 hours send contact the website and it will be re-sent.
1. The Agreement
The agreement consists of these terms of sale, information given in the order solution and any specially agreed terms. In the event of any conflict between the information, what is specifically agreed between the parties will prevail, insofar as it does not contravene mandatory legislation.
2. The parties
Lavendersewingpatterns.com is operated and owned by Trine Lise Hansen, registered with organization number NO 915036953, address: Lysaker, Norway, email: lavendersewingpatterns@gmail.com, and is hereinafter referred to as the seller / seller.
The buyer is the consumer who places the order and is hereinafter referred to as the buyer / buyer.
3. Price
The price quoted for the goods and services is the total price the buyer must pay. This price includes all fees and additional costs. Additional costs that the seller before the purchase has not informed, the buyer shall not bear.
Each item shown is in Norwegian kroner. In the cart you can see the total price including shipping and payment.
4. Entering into an agreement
The agreement is binding on both parties once the buyer has sent their order to the seller.
However, the agreement is not binding if there is a typo or typo error in the offer from the seller in the order solution in the online store or in the buyer’s order, and the other party realized or should have realized that there was such a mistake.
5. Payment
Payment occurs at the selected payment method in the check out section of the website. The items must be paid in full before shipping.
6. Delivery
Delivery is made when the buyer, or his representative, has taken over the item.
If delivery time is not stated in the ordering solution, the seller shall deliver the goods to the buyer without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the order from the customer. The goods shall be delivered to the buyer unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
It is also possible to select “Local Pickup”. If you choose to collect yourself, pickup will be arranged by mail after the sale has taken place. If you are unable to pick up, you have to pay the shipping cost before the item is sent to you.
7. Right To Refund
When you shop at lavendersewingpatterns.com you have 14 days right of refund, where you can notify us that you regret the purchase and then return the item to us. The right of refund is valid from the day you received the item. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Constitutional day, Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve, the deadline is extended to the following working day.
There is no right of refund for some goods. Goods that are exempt from the right of refund: digital downloads.
In order to assert the right of withdrawal, you must notify us by e-mail at lavendersewingpatterns@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the item.
Important: We expect you to ship the items as soon as possible after you have notified your remorse, and you must return them within 14 days after you have regretted. The return is registered in our warehouse within 14 days after the item has been returned. You will receive an email when a refund has been made. On return you should ensure that the goods are properly wrapped. You are responsible for the package / goods until we receive it. Therefore, save on the receipt from the carrier as well as any tracking number. If the product is not in prestine condition, a 50% refund is given as it is considered a defective item. There is no return on shipping.
Note! We do not receive parcels that are sent with a charge or similar.
8. Privacy, Security and Personal Information
In connection with the order, you agree that the seller, stores and uses your information. We do this to fulfill our obligations to you. We also document all communications we have with you via email, in order to provide the service you expect from us. The seller will not disclose your personal information to third parties. We reserve the right to use email to send marketing and newsletters.
